Our total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. When can an account be suspended, closed, or restricted?
Section 7 — Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
jl123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
